A graduate of McGill University and Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Dr. Chan attended medical school at Tufts University and did his residency at the University of California, San Francisco, in therapeutic radiology. He was an American Cancer Society Research Fellow, and is a member of the American College of Radiology and the American Society of Clinical Oncology, and numerous other professional medical organizations. Dr. Chan is board-certified in therapeutic radiology. He is director of the Salinas Radiation Oncology Center, in Salinas.
