Insurance & Billing
Registration
Upon your initial visit to a Center, you will register as an outpatient. You will need to bring your insurance cards with you for your appointments, as well as any authorizations if required by your insurance plan. You will meet with billing specialists at this time, and it is important to let the billing personnel know of all your insurance policies, including any cancer policies. The billing office will file these policies for you at the appropriate time. This registration process can take 15-30 minutes, so please arrive early for your first appointment. (Also see, “First Visit” under Patient Information.)
